TO REGISTER: Mail your registration forms and payment (either $25 deposit or the total amount of the camp) to:

* We’re sorry, but telephone registrations cannot be accepted.

 

Camp registrations are accepted in the order in which we receive them. This is how we determine the order in which campers fill our available spaces.

 

Due to the popularity of our camps:

             1. There is no guarantee that space will be available, even if you are a              WCCF member.

             2. You may only register your own child(ren), grandchild(ren), or family unit.

             3. Each child may attend one camp. If openings are still available after

             May 1st you may register for additional camp sessions.

 

Confirmation: A confirmation letter or email will be sent after each registration form is processed. Reminder emails or postcards will also be sent prior to your child’s registered camp.

 

Cancellations: The $25 deposit is not refundable. The balance of the registration cost is refundable with 7 days or more notice.

 

* WCCF Membership: Woodbury County Conservation Foundation Members receive early camp registration benefit and those at the Family Level ($35) or above also receive $5.00 off your total camp registration fees.
